用户侧能量管理系统初探(6)

1)用户侧通信网络的建设。很多公司都在进行相关工作,但是用户内部的通信网络存在各类不同的技术和接口,目前还没有形成统一的标准和规范,使u-ems的普及遇到了障碍。

2)用户侧用电信息安全问题。随着u-ems的普及,势必会产生大量的用户用电数据信息,这些数据详细记录了用户每日、每个时段的用电情况,反映了用户日常的生活情况,也涉及到一些用户的隐私信息,如果不法分子得到这些数据,并利用这些数据进行非法活动,那么用户将会受到不必要的损失。

3)双向潮流等问题。用户侧安装的新能源发电装置所产生的电能可为用户供电,多余电能还可送回电网;而且,电动汽车也可看做移动储能设备,充电时需要增加馈线承载容量,必要时也可为电网提供电能,但这样就会产生双向潮流问题。分布式发电和电动汽车也会引起负荷曲线变化等问题。

长期发展的问题是各类u-ems实现产业化、进行推广需要共同面对的问题。要想解决这些问题,只依靠科研机构或企业公司抑或政府部门是难以实现的,需要三方共同努力,建立联合机构,才能使u-ems得到推广。
